Choose one repeated enquiry
Begin with a topic that creates repeated work and has a clear answer in your policies or service information. Examples include how a service works, what a product includes, or where to find an application process.
Avoid beginning with unusual exceptions or decisions that need individual judgment. A narrow scope makes it easier to check whether the agent is helping your customers.
Prepare both the answer and the handoff
Connect current knowledge and test the questions customers use. For a question such as whether a policy applies to a particular situation, check that the answer includes the relevant conditions and identifies missing information.
Assign someone to review conversations that need human assistance. Set a realistic operating process for replies; a support widget cannot guarantee that a staff member is available at every hour.
Expand from observed results
Review whether answers are accurate, whether the customer’s question was addressed, and what the team still needs to do. Update unclear sources before increasing automatic sending.
Zelvix supports reviewed replies, eligible confidence-based automatic replies, and escalation controls. Choose settings based on tested behavior and the resources your team has to maintain the service.
Features depend on your connected services and tenant configuration. Ask our team about your setup.
